ACTIVE MY ACCOUNT OF WATAN CARD

DEAR SIR,
My name is Mujeeb ur Rehman Machhi S/O Ghulam Hyder Having CNIC No.43201-8495682-3 and my having WATAN CARD NO IS 4585477759330009. I am flood effected but still have not active my account of watan card. I have recieved watan card dated 15/10/2010 but still not active my account. Please resolove my complaint as soon as possiable.
