ATM not working

I have received ATM card but Nadra did not process and did not transfer my money in my Watan card. because i applied card but machine put out the card with out any message. As per UBL manager of Baloch Coloney br. the Nadra did not process your case that is why your card is not working. Sir please i am very needy person and i need money as soon as possible. please process my card.

dear sir hamary city ka name jhangara tahsil sehwan sharif dist jamshoro sindh hai hamara citty 50000 abadi wala city hai yahan pr dsl ki sahulat nahe hai braye mehrbani hamary city me dsl ki sahulat di jaye
