Dear Sir,
I belong to a very backward village which is in dist, Ghanche Gilgit Blatistan.
My village name is Chorbut Marcha.
my properties has been effected by flat, but we have not received watan card nor any relief from the Government, most of other souse able person has received the card and relief.
So i would like to complaint you, why I have ignore it ? and what kind of effecties can get such relief and watan card? please guide me.
