Error in CNIC #

My name is Hukam jana bibi wife of mir alam of shahalam distt tank CNIC Correct number is 12201-7832129-0 but at registeration time my CNIC number has been written wrong.Please check my registeration for watan card and correct my number,name etc. I am very poor woman.kindly issue me WATAN CARD. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
