I havnt got my Name in list of Watan card even am effected

Sir i belong to UC DAL Bhan Saeed Abad,i am fully effected by the flood, my house is totaly damaged. I applied for the watan card every one here in my Village got money even those who have applied with me but not me, i waited that after few days i will got my name in the list but still i am not in list so please kindly do a favour to me.
this is my NIC Num 4150603571697 regarding Manzoor Ali Mallah
