Respected sir,
I have recieved my watan card no 4585 4772 0964 6004 from nowshera cantt(Because of flood affectees). due to some technical problem in the ATM machine in Nowshrra I could,t withdraw my balance there. I came to Rawalpindi and tried to withdraw my balance on ATM 0041 ON 13/10/2010 AT15:59:29 but unluckily the said machine did not give out any amount.After a while, again in the same time, I enquired the balance from the same machine and than the machine gave me zero balance amount.I went inside the ubl branch and asked from credit card deptt about the problem.the concerned person told me to visit him on the next day. On the next day I visited to the same person so he told me about the genuin result and shwed me the machine print and assured me that it is fact that the amount is not withdrawn but it is stopped so in the mean time we(our branch) will transfer your amount to the head office and than told me that I will be able to withdraw my amount.It hasnow passed about 14 days but no action has taken. you are requested to activate my card as soon as possible because we are among the serious affectees of flood and my card still shws zero balance.
