sir! my name is Muhammad Asif s/o Mhammad Yousuf my CNIC NO. is 44206-2380459-1 and i m married, my wife's CNIC NO. is 44206-5117224-8, city: Tando Adam, distt: : Sanghar sindh, but NADRA reply me that i m not eligible to receive PAKISTAN CARD, i don't know that what is the reason of this reply because i have CNIC and my wife also have it, . please issue my watan card,
