watan card Complaints - NO MONEY IN WATAN

I received my watan card on 28 May 2011. After a lapse of 10 days no money has been transferred in my watan card. Kindly check and transferred money in my watan card account. Necessar information is as under:-

I hope your doing well! Pls sir i've received my watan card 10 months ago but when i checked my watan card there was no money. I confirmed from ubl so there was some problem in my fingerprint. i went 5 times DCO office peshawar to correct my fingerprint and i did, they said check your balance after ten days. Now i'm checking my account every after 10 days but still has no money. Therefor sir i'm requesting you to pls sir i waist a lot money in bas taxi. So pls sir send me money in my watan care account.
