my name is rais inayatullah. i have received watan card.my nic # is 53402-1960468-3and watan card # is 4214854275392003.i have not got first installment Rs 20000/=.while second phase is running.i m very poor and flood effected family.i contacted many times band manager.but he is not doing solve my problem.please concentrate my problem. i shall thank full to you.
