Respected Sir My CNIC No,is 323016346943-1 I live in village namely Bastipanwar Wala Mauza Rukanwali Tehseel Jatoi which was much effecetd with flood but No watan Card was issued to me with the reasons that my present residential address entered in CNIC is chah Pakay Wala Alipur City.
Sir fact is that when I got my CNIC I was residing at Ali pur because I am govt Servant and at the time of preparation of CNIC I was posted at Ali Pur.Now I have got revised my CNIC with the report of Tehseeldar that MY permanent Residential Address is Basti Panwar Wala Mauza Rukanwali Tehseel Jatoi District Muzaffar Garh.,I have also applied to respected DCO Muzaffar Garh for clearance of my data,but still i am waiting for my watan card.Please look into the matter personally and tyook pity on me by issuing watan card to me .thanks a lot (Ata Muhammad Baloch)
