Sir I, Ghulam Rasool s/o Bhai Khan Soomro, resident of Village Bux Ali Rind, taluka Johi, district Dadu, bearing CNIC# 4120299514691, was issued Watan Card ONE MONTH AGO, but is NOT still activated....... Sir please help me...........
