Watan Card Complaints - Not Eligible for 2nd Phase of Watan Card

PLZ I REQEST TO SAY A FLOODVICTOM

sir, i am belonging to a village of district Dadu sindh. my house and all belongings were being completely ruined in the flood. i had got the first installment. now, first i send a message on 9888 i recieved reply that i am not eligible for getting of second installment than i contacted to the nearest centre there i got the same.
therefor, now i am appealing u to consider my request and eligible me in seeking second installment so that i could face hardships.

When I Send Sms To 9888 Then Reply Not Eligible For 2nd Phase Of Watan Card, Therefore My Home Is 100% Effected In Flood & Donot Built My Homeby Governmrnt & Trust Untill Now. My Nic No # 41201-0794442-3. I Am Waiting Your Good Response, Thanks
