Dear sir,

i m from flood efficted area and not got watan card list because we have larage family and every think gone in flood, our total family members are 11 no any name in watan card list i need to spoot because i m victim area of distict Naseerabad Tamboo which is totaly efficted in flood over feilds distoryed animls died in flood every think useable gone in flood.

I HAVE RECEIVED WATAN CARD BUT HAVE NO BALACNE SINCE 30 JANURARY 2011
