dear sir,
my name is zamanat ali s/o balach khan with cnic no: 41203-5344602-3. i am resident of uc burira talka kn shah distric dadu. our village bug have been severely effected by these recent floods. we lack abode for living. we have nothing left. kindly issue my watan card as soon as possible so that i might build my new home. as i truely deserve the watan card yet i havn't received it.
