I am Lecturer at GCMS Peshawar, One of my poor neighbor who is the watan card holder. Recently a tragedy occurred with him, when he went to Allied Bank of Pakistan Gul bahar Branch Peshawar to draw his amount from ATM, he didn’t know how to use ATM, so he requested a gunman(security guard of ASKARI company, Mr. Mushtaq to draw money for him, but Mr. Mushtaq drawn money and told him that your installment has not received yet, but after two day when he again enquired in another branch, the authority told him that his money had been drawn on 11.5.2012 at 10.40,
So this person approached me and I directly met with ABL branch manager for enquiry, the said manager refused my request and told me that you will submit your claim in UBL, but when I visited UBL Hashtnagari branch Peshawar. The authority told me that his money has been drawn,
Can any Person Help me in this regard,
