Dear Sir, iam belong to Village, Panhwar Bhutta, Post Office, Madeji ,Tehsil Garhi Yasin, District Shikar pur. My honour able sir, Through mobile telephone sms service it is verified that the my father, RUSTAM ALI ARBANI (CNIC No. 43301-7877464-9) is ligible to collect the watan card from NADRA office. But due to illness in these days, he can't collect the subj card. Therefore it is requested that please issue subject card to my father for our help.
Sir, your co-operation in this regard will be highly appriciated, please.
