last year i purchase a usb device from mr shahzad working in main office in sales department, i have gone to abroad for 3 months when i return back, i call mr shahzad that i want to reconnect my device he said that u did not use this device last 3 months thats why the device has blocked, he said that u will give me 2600 for the new device and after 12 days company will refund you 2000 rupees, i said fine, after that i call him many time he said that company will return soon, now almost after one year there is no response from wateen customer service departments. they have very poor customer service, they never tell people the right things, i tell u if now some one to buy wateens product he should be very careful 03434109585, they never return any thing
