Respeced Sir,
1. I purchased Wateen Broadband connection in 5 dec 2009.
2. When I connected the broadband device with PC at home, the signals were too weak.
3. I contacted wateen office in Rawalpindi Saddar, to provide me outdoor unit with antenna.
4. They replied that outdoor units are in shortage, wait for 'some' days.
5. Now three months have gone, I could not get out door unit.
6. From the time i have purchased the device, i could not download even a single bit from wateens account.
7. Wateen has devoured my balance worth 800 and they are showing Rs. 2370/- against me as payable. What is this ????????.
8. I can't understand, whether wateen is charging customers for paying services or for just waiting and getting no services ??????.
9. Forwarded for info of all and to get a lesson from me.
10. May i be favoured to get justice against this robbery????
