I was sold a mobile internet access device by one of Wateens telecom with an assurance that if not staisfied, the deposit would be refunded in full and without delay. Since the device never worked even after several attempts it was returned in within 3 days to one of their service centers. After several visit and emails etc. the amount the deposit is still unpaid while they are insisting that there WOULD BE A DEDUCTION ON LINE RENT which was contrary to the sale agreement and the device was never used. I also came across several disgrunteled customers of the same service who had been short changed by Wateen in the same manner. I think the Wateen as an organization has highly dubious business practice and is nothing less that plain fraud.
