I have been a Wateen Telecom Customer for over 2 months, It worked quiet well the first month, however after 5 weeks of connectivity, troubles started to arise. They even replaced my device and I have had there engineers coming in day in day out especially at inconvenient hours repeatedly taking GPS coordinates and what not. There is service available for about 30 minutes at times but after the engineer leaves same old no connectivity.
I know dozens of customers who got there money refunded, and even they had no service as can be noted by the complaints made, Wateen did not refund there full money.
I am highly disappointed in Wateen, as it claims to be the largest WIMAX deployment, yeah right largest Wimax infrastructure deployment, yet no connectivity.
