Dear sir,
Two days left my internet speed become very slow. So it’s my humble request to your company to fix the problem. I am MBA student and I study on internet so its very difficult to me that I study in this situation. Plz do your best to solve the problem.

It's been three days now, my 1 mb wimax connection is slow like a dialup connection. I m a professioal gamer n play online, i m gettin very high pings which cause lag unable to play cant browse properly. This is a very annoying situation n no field engineer is payin visit to fix this problem kindly help me

i m using wateen's package of 100 MBPS but its never upto the level. the internet speed is pathetically slow. when ever i call to help line get only one answer and that is maintainance is being made. its like hell to use such a slow connection i am trying for world call now and will leave wateen very soon.

Wateen's gone worse, the max speed i am getting on 1 MB connection is just 30 kb, the worse a company can provide, I'm thinking to get the connection terminated and move to PTCL Broad band. When I call to Wateen Reps they say Whole country is surfing this issue, so Wateen is down in the Whole country they are upgrading to 2 mb and something's gone worse that's damaged the current setup too. So it's better to move to PTCL Broad Band, Two of my cousing moved from Wateen to PTCL 2 mb connection Unlimited with 220 kb speed and they are quiet happy with it's performance, I've tested PTCL, it's really nice.
