bad service and no reply

i bought the usb package in september but due to bad service and no responce from company i returned the usb 2 the company..they promised 2 return the payment within 15 days but have not returned uptil now .....plz reply 2 my complaint and kindly return my payment.

I have also bought Internet device from wateen telecom but they have poorest service in Pakistan. I try to contact their helpline but they did no any response to me according to problem. I suggest all of you never waste your time & money on wateen telecom and eat morronda from this money is better for buying wateen device.

I am using PTCL's so called Broad service. For last months. It has very poor speed for last 2 months.

i hav made complains before but no responses there is no signsls n service complains r made regulerly but no attention to these there reps think its a joke to make complains on net n via calls but i thinks its a bigger joke with public its a way of earning easy money it should b blocked as they dont take it back n no money back garrenty

Hello, tahir if have 40 to 60% so what happen just check out your internet that working properly check out your internet speed throw speedtest.net signals ka nahin net ka hota hai if your using 1mb and in speedtest.net showing less than 1mb then complain at wateen 40 to 60% signals is not so big problem :S

i think its very bad not to response to complains i hv made complains n complains n complains............................................ but u stupids r not gona answer to it i have 0% signals for about six months agar answer nahi krna to is website ko bnd kr do understand kun k ap baqool muja air man apna desktop place krna chahia ta k signals a jaen waten usb internet k ground per to ata nahi han

Wateen has fired Mr Adnan although he has performed extra ordinery services like he comment many times that Wateen is best and earned/commits sins
Reality is that a large customer base (80%) people and not satisfied with the services and people spoils money in IPO of Wateen as well
Tit for tat, Adnan commit sin by telling lie to the people about the srvices of his company and now rewarded in shape of termination

WATEEN IS VERY BAD CONECTION IN NET SERVICES I TRY EVERY MONTH 4 OR 5 DAY PROBLEM IN SIGNAL NO CONNECT

We are using wateen internet service in Moghal Pura lahore now we are facing problem since 01 month,wateen internet service is not connecting and we complaint in wateen service center Link road Moghal Pura lahore we was informed 01 month before that your system is upgrading and some others technical issues.Sir i am living in Saudia Arabia and i daily talk in home through internet and now i am waiting since 01 month that your service will online.we already load 600 balance but useless.we are facing problem I want to know when your system will online or we will switch over to another company.please advice your concern persons treat our case on priority bases.other wise our next option is others internet services.
