low speed inspite of complains.

i m using 1mb connection i was facing low speed every day then i complained to wateen call center they said we will resolve ur issue within 24 hrs but there is no improved performance as it is all in vain.its a totally non serious company they are misusing (sorry to say) the valuable money of Pakistani nation.
i request the CEO of wateen corporation plz pay attention on that issue otherwise they ill certainly loose their share in tele-communication sector.

i m totally agree with this comments

when we call for complains wateen help centre they receive our calls after 10 to 15 minutes and we bear call bills of 10 to 20 minutes and after record complain we dont get desire results.

i think if higher management not take any serious action for increase their service better then their user will go to use QUBEE,Mobilink and other companies.
