My account is 5GB/512KB and maturity date is 2nd of every month. But my account was closed on 23 April, 2010 and deducted Rs. 25 extra from balance and now I am being redirecting to prepared portal to recharge. Whereas on my account info Self-care is still showing 4400mb usage and 600mb remaining. (snapshots at below links)

As per CS helpline my 5GB data has been utilized but their CS at Gulberg system showing remaining balance of 600 mb. But still they are not ready to agree with self-care data even with their CS Gulberg.
They said we treat customer with the data showing on their system only regardless what is appearing on their self-care.
I have launched 4 On-line complaints but they marked it closed without solving my problem. I am still unable to brows and redirecting to prepared portal to recharge account.
Their staff doesn’t know how to deal, their system is not integrated well and there is no Customer care but revenue generation only by making customers fool.
