wateen wi max Complaints - signal problem

i have a complain about my divise signal that from one week ,it has just 1 sgnal , in the start it blinks then it shows just one or two signals, kindly check it and resolve it ,

my wateen device signals are very week. it was woraking good befor three month at four signals but after it there are only one or two signals which not fulfil the internet require working speed. i had complain this befor to customer service but they advice me to end my wateen services and use anyother network services.
