I purchased Wateen Wi Max for high speed internet. I bought Juipiter device from them on Oct-09. They installed that device at my home by knowing that their is "Zero Signal" inthis area. I called and registered complaint at 111-365-111 (they just gave lolly pops). One day I visited Zonal office at Clifton and they said that in Karachi, we have just 25% coverage out of 100% area. (OMG), then why your sales team is consistantly teasing up via phone to majority of persons that "Please...Please...Please...purchase our device, they give us comission on each purchase".
I applied for Re-fund on 15th Dec, 09. the guy at front told me that you will get 100% amount back with in 15 working days (that means 01 Jan 10). Today is January 12, and they submitted my form on 31st of december.
"Is it private company or Government body"

Almost similar happend to me. Wateen was not refunding my payment. I submitted complaint to PTA on their website. PTA sent an email to Wateen and with 4 or 5 days I received my payment. PTA is doing good job. You should submit complaint to PTA.

Wateen is Totally fraud i agreed....... my neighbor facing Same Problem.

Im als0 user 0f wateen i totaly agree wid u It is total fraud..
when wateen self care show us our usages then its good but now they changed their selfcare page.
I lose my 5 gb data in just 12 days,, Is it that usages is 3.3 & wateen blocked my account then I call customers centre Thay response gud & they said me ur problem solve in next 24 hours after 1 day I call again & then He says me u hve consume ur whole data..
wateen is totaly fraud dont purchase this device any condition & its speed so bad 512kb or 1mb same downloading speed like 20-30 kb..

Thanks God i returned that device without activating it due to poor CINR & miscommitments. but now i m plunged into another matter "they will return my money within 30 days" God knows :(

i always have problem loading my scratch card as my money sometimes goes blank load even i already loaded. after some time i complaint in the help line and end up screaming the staff why whats going on with the money i loaded. if i dont scream at them then my money will never load into my account. i just dont understand what is this??
