I purchased Wateen Wi Max for high speed internet. I bought Juipiter device from them on Oct-09. They installed that device at my home by knowing that their is "Zero Signal" inthis area. I called and registered complaint at 111-365-111 (they just gave lolly pops). One day I visited Zonal office at Clifton and they said that in Karachi, we have just 25% coverage out of 100% area. (OMG), then why your sales team is consistantly teasing up via phone to majority of persons that "Please...Please...Please...purchase our device, they give us comission on each purchase".
I applied for Re-fund on 15th Dec, 09. the guy at front told me that you will get 100% amount back with in 15 working days (that means 01 Jan 10). Today is January 12, and they submitted my form on 31st of december.

Almost similar happend to me. Wateen was not refunding my payment. I submitted complaint to PTA on their website. PTA sent an email to Wateen and with 4 or 5 days I received my payment. PTA is doing good job. You should submit complaint to PTA.
Wateen is Totally fraud i agreed....... my neighbor facing Same Problem.
