Service Disconnection without any notice

1) Wateen service got disconnected today without any prior notice
2) 111-365-111 not responding. tried calling multiple times and a message is repeating describing some MAC issue and what to do then but all attempts to talk to Customer Service Representatives are failed

just call 111 365 111 and wait till recording end then press 1 for urdu then again wait till menu ends then press 0 and wait you will be connected if you again hear any recording of mac binding so ignore this and hold on they will connect on call !

excellent Mr. Farhan :)
Lemme remind you that we are in 2010 not in 1980's or some thing and still wateen is providing such service ... thats pethatic - this wait has cost me Rs 50 plus a call
