i have purchase the wateen wimax and the internet is working better but the voip service is not working i went to franchise 5 times but they told me it is activated and you have to call our help line and when i call to help line they told me that activatete voip service then i go to franchise and told them to activate voip servie they told me that it is activate and again call our help line and my problem is not solved yet
