INTER NET NOT WORKING

I Used your world call device by usb but its not working in my home i live in multan by tariq road multan when i go your world call office they work over ther when i come to my home they give me a error 628 and he still on authencating not work mostly in day here is my number 0321 963 1187 pl help us thanks ESN 0D236A31 S\N KZ7NSC19B2002285

mene 6th september ko 600 rupees load karvay thay but usb ki speed 15 sy 20 kb per second tak jati hai plz usb ko activate kar dain.
