Re-isuue me my number

Respected sir, Plz note my zong # 0313-3329571 I booked through net and received sim from sosan raod faisalabad pakistan. After activation of sim i use some month. But a few month i can't use this number. Then my number is stoped. I connnect with Jaranwala frenchise. The representative of frenchise said that this number can't re-issue as per company policy. But now my number is active another person. plz chech your record and re-issue me my number. Thanks
