zong Complaints - Sim blocked

Have you tried PTA's wesite. You might have even more sims on your name that you don't know about. Find out at http://www.pta.gov.pk/668/index.html
If Zong is the only company with the 'extra' SIM, then visit their Customer Services Centre with a copy of your ID card. They'll block the SIM for you!. Hope it helps.
