But if you want to get a number blocked you have to call Zong mobile and see if there is a service they provide that offers this. I can't really say this is an issue with Zong; isn't it most likely that you gave this offending person you number by leaving it in various blogs posts as you did above??

My number is 03455175270. I converted my number to zong post paid last month. I instructed in the registration form to e-mail my monthly bill. At the start of dec, I contacted customer on 310 and informed the operator that I have not received my bill. I was instructed to visit the office to resolve this problem. so I did so on morning of 5 dec and I was inform that today, I will get my monthly bill but all in vain. I have again called 310 and requested for the bill.

I have purchased a sim bearing No. 0313-9696427, gave my CNIC photo copy to your Zong frunchise at Nowshera Khyber Pukhtoon Khawah. Later I lost the sim. I went to that office and asked them to issue me with a new SIM but they refused saying that the No. 0313-9696427 has not been registered on any name.

Is it not a matter of sorrow that your offices receive money from the general public but provide no service, even do not registere the SIM inspite of the fact that they receive the photo copy of CNIC .
