DSL dead Speed

Last month i got the connection of DSL in my home in peoples conly Khanewal with Tel # 065-2555519. Since the day i got it ,it is despiratley slow, all the day i keep on sitting before DSL and praying for DSL and PTCL for improvemnt to their performance but all in vain. My telphone line is having problem of noise and despit of complaining again and again there is no differene, line men come and go and are wasting their time and mine also. PTCL will never forget to charge its fees but as for as service is concerned it is shameful for PTCL.
